ABOUT
Sustainable Milton’s recent climate action includes community circular economy events such as their monthly Repair Café, their biggest biodiversity project yet—a .3 hectare Butterfly Meadow, and planting a Miyawaki Forest of 102 trees and shrubs into 30 square metres.
They focus on biodiversity plantings and clean-ups, and plan to engage in municipal climate advocacy (meeting/delegating with town officials to strengthen Milton’s climate action work).
Calls to action: volunteer, register for upcoming events, and sign up for their newsletter.
