collaboration and innovation at the heart of climate solutions
This ongoing series is an initiative of the Canadian Environmental Network's Sustainable Development Goals Caucus of which Climate Reality Canada is a member.
The United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are the world’s guidebook to address the most pressing environmental, social, economic, and security challenges by 2030. The SDGs are interconnected and indivisible, and they balance economic, social and environmental needs.
The SDG Caucus will work toward a mission, set of values, and work plan that will create a renewed dialogue among our communities about best practices for achieving the SDGs by 2030. We're developing resources on incorporating the SDGs as a tool for engagement and action.
The Climate Reality Project Canada’s office is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg Nations. Our organization honours, recognizes and respects these Nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which we are today.
