We believe education is the key to the success of the climate movement. By spreading knowledge pertaining to climate science and solutions, and by supporting citizens on how to be effective communicators on the topic, we are empowering people to become impactful catalysts for change in their communities. This is why we are looking for a results-driven, highly influential Executive Director to spearhead climate action by inspiring our nationwide teams and volunteers to maximize their impact and by enhancing our fundraising initiatives to support these efforts.

With help from Climate Reality Project Canada (CRPC) staff, the Lead Mentor supports and encourages Climate Reality Leaders to take action toward a just and sustainable future by connecting them with information, people, resources, and engagement opportunities in their communities.

The Lead Mentor is a regional convener of relationships and is the main point of contact between CRPC’s office and Climate Reality Leaders, thereby providing them with an on- the-ground, friendly face to turn to.
