The Climate Project Canada & The David Suzuki Foundation Join Forces to Combat Climate Change and Spread Awareness in Canada.

In 2009, The David Suzuki Foundation signed on to become the official host of Al Gore's Climate Project in Canada. This marks the first collaboration between the organizations of two great environmental leaders, Al Gore and David Suzuki.

DSF will assist The Climate Project Canada supporting our 270 Canadian presenters. Additionally, the Foundation will provide communications and administrative support but still remain separate organizations.

"This is a fantastic opportunity for the David Suzuki Foundation to work with on-the-ground activists to educate and inform Canadians," said David Suzuki Foundation CEO Peter Robinson. "This is just the sort of partnership that makes each side stronger than it would be on its own."

Al Gore and the Climate Project Canada team chose the David Suzuki Foundation for its know-how, energy and environmental leadership in Canada. "This is quite an honor," said Dr. David Suzuki. "I've admired Mr. Gore for years, and this is something the Foundation's staff and donors should all be proud of. This is just another way we can make a difference."

TCP Canada is honoured to working alongside the David Suzuki Foundation and the Foundations experienced and driven team.
