Eric Novak is the President and founder of Modern Media Perspectives, a consulting and production company focused on media, marketing and communications. He is also the creator, Editor in Chief and principal contributor of EnviroDad.com a resource and information website for parents who view stewardship of the environment as a parenting requisite.

Eric is a nationally recognized public speaker and has presented talks and seminars on topics that relate to his profession and his passions. Since being first trained in 2008, Eric has presented to over 15,000 Canadians in several provinces. Privately Eric is a highly sought after Keynote presenter speaking on subjects like the environment, media and social media and parenting. Eric has participated in a TEDx event and has spoken to business and government leaders, community groups and even high school students.

Eric has had many forays into television as well. He had been an occasional anchor of “Live at 5” which airs on Channel 12 CHEX TV Durham. In addition he is the creator of “The Novak Report” special feature for Channel 12 and has created unique business features from coast to coast. Eric was also the host and co-producer of the television series “Great Professional Stories” which showcased great business stories across Ontario. Eric’s voice can also be heard on a number of radio commercials and corporate audio/video productions as well as “Voice on Hold” recordings in offices throughout the Province.

As a Video Producer, Eric and his production team have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies to help tell their stories through the use of high quality video. Their client list is wide and includes Sears, General Motors, The United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The City of Elliot Lake, Ontario, The Scarboro Golf Club and more.

Eric and his wife Karen reside in Ajax, ON and have 4 children.
